Location: Remote ( <10% travel to Dallas + Greater Houston)

Type: Full-Time, W2

Compensation: $65,000 base salary + Quarterly Bonus Opportunities

Reports To: Senior Leadership

Overview

Infante Marketing Solutions is seeking a highly organized, client-obsessed Account Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This hands-on role serves as the daily operational bridge between clients and our creative, content, and strategy experts.

The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of clients and manage the full lifecycle of digital marketing execution; project management, content management, campaign management, client communication, social media coordination, event planning and more. You will translate client needs into actionable strategies and tasks, prepare and run efficient meetings, manage deliverables, ensure deadlines are met, and oversee campaign performance and reporting.

This role is ideal for a polished, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, loves digital marketing, enjoys managing multiple workstreams, delivering elevated high-impact marketing solutions and takes pride in maintaining strong, trust-based client relationships.

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years account management / client management

• 5+ years project management

• 5+ years operations and organizational oversight

• 5+ years digital marketing and social media coordination

• 5+ years event management (ideation → execution → reporting)

• Experience writing scripts and hooks for campaigns and content

• Experience working within: HubSpot, Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, Mailchimp

Skills

• Exceptional Client communication and presentation skills

• Strong Project management skills (from in-take to execution), file organization, and multi-tasking ability

• Strong storytelling instincts and ability to adapt across brand voices

• Strong social media content knowledge and copywriting ability

• Ability to create and manage content calendars and social posting schedules

• Comfortable editing copy, reviewing creative, and providing detailed, strategic feedback

• Proficient with the following platforms: Google Suite, Microsoft Teams, Canva

• Familiarity with analytics tools and campaign reporting

• Strong technical aptitude with working knowledge of; adobe suite, canva, hubspot, zapier, mailchimp, socials set-up and management

• Digital media and campaign design + management
